RETREAT TO THE
SOUL OF NEPAL
An invitation to return to yourself
OCTOBER 14-21, 2026
Your transformative journey begins far from the familiar. This is an invitation into a slower rhythm shaped by ancient paths and mountain landscapes, creating space to reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed in your routine, constantly putting your own needs aside? Perhaps you’re quietly navigating fear or self-doubt, or yearning for a journey of self-discovery and personal growth that feels life-changing. This exclusive Dream Catcher women’s retreat was created for women ready to step into something different.
Imagine giving yourself eight days to experience life at a different pace. Set among mountains, villages, and ancient sacred spaces, the journey unfolds through moments of connection with local life alongside time for reflection. This experience is built in partnership with the Himalayan Women Trail Leaders, local women who are rewriting the story of their own lives. Each day invites you to slow down, prioritize your needs, and deepen your relationship with nature, culture, community, and yourself.
This eight-day Dream Catcher women’s retreat is designed to gently stretch what feels familiar, creating space for insight, growth, and inner exploration. By walking alongside women who are reclaiming their own agency in the mountains, you will find the permission you need to reclaim yours. For women feeling a pull towards something more, the journey unfolds through awe-inspiring landscapes and reflective moments, supporting you in meeting the unfamiliar with confidence and self-trust.
What makes DREAM CATCHER stand out from the rest?
A Tailor-made Journey
Every Dream Catcher retreat is intentionally designed. From the application stage, we take time to understand where you are and what you’re navigating. The journey is guided by the Unbecoming Journey™, offering thoughtful support and space to move forward with clarity and confidence.
A Truly Immersive Experience
This is not a retreat you observe from the edges. You’ll move through mountain landscapes, villages, monasteries, and sacred spaces, experiencing Nepal through daily life, shared meals, creative practices, and time in nature. Each day invites presence, connection, and depth.
Personal Growth Through Exploration
Outer exploration creates space for inner work. Growth unfolds through lived experience rather than instruction, shaped by movement, tradition, sound practices, and time spent in meaningful places. The journey is embodied, reflective, and deeply personal.
An Empowering Sense of Community
Small group size creates an intimate sisterhood. Through shared experiences and facilitated circles, women connect deeply, feel seen and supported, and experience a sense of belonging in a safe, non-judgemental space.
Cultural Connection and Community Impact
This journey is led by Nepali women, reshaping leadership in the trekking and cultural travel world. You’ll walk alongside them, hear their stories, and spend time in a local community homestay, directly supporting community-led initiatives.
Lasting Change: Your Journey Continues
The retreat doesn’t end when you leave Nepal. You’ll receive a post-retreat integration experience, including a private 1:1 coaching session and continued connection to the sisterhood, supporting what’s shifted as you return to everyday life.
