We say it without thinking. But are we actually waiting for the answer? This isn’t about small talk. It’s about what it really means to care…to slow down, to listen, and to show up when it matters most.

Most of us were never taught to trust ourselves. We were taught to look outside of ourselves, to seek the checklist, the approval, the title, the plan. To define success through external markers. To measure our worth by how well we performed, the roles we inherited.

Let me be real…it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. No talking, no eye contact, no reading, no writing, no music,  no phone. Just silence, and over ten hours of meditation a day. But it was also one of the most powerful experiences of my life.
