Sacred Steps is not just a hike—it’s a soulful gathering where you’ll reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the powerful community of women walking alongside you.
Together, we will explore Wadi Munay, a serene landscape in the mountains of Ras Al Khaimah that offers open spaces, the grounding presence of nature, and the perfect backdrop for connection. With the cooler November air refreshing us, this experience invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in the present moment, letting go of the daily roles that often define us. As we walk, we’ll reconnect with ourselves, the wisdom of nature, and with each other.
A day of Connection, Reflection and Adventure
We begin our day at 8.30am with a welcoming circle, setting powerful intentions for the day ahead through guided meditation and reflection. This sacred space brings us together as a community, inviting connection with ourselves, nature, and each other.
As we set off on our hike through the stunning landscapes of Wadi Munay, we’ll embrace the stillness within and around us. Walking mindfully, we’ll listen to the sounds of nature, reconnect with the earth, and allow the peaceful environment to guide our steps.
Along the way, there will be moments to pause and reflect. These reflective stops offer space to breathe deeply, share stories, and support one another, creating meaningful connections that nurture both personal growth and a sense of sisterhood.
As we near the end of the hike, we’ll gather for a sacred sharing circle. This is a time to integrate the insights gained along the journey, celebrate our growth, and connect more deeply with the group.
We close the day with a beautiful BBQ dinner, sharing food under the open sky as the sun sets, reflecting on the bonds we’ve created and the journey we’ve shared.
